You read that right.
Nobody’s Perfect, rather.
You are not perfect. I am not perfect. All of us probably have a list of things we dislike about ourselves…and maybe you personally blame yourself for why certain people don’t like you.
But you shouldn’t do that. You are who you are for a reason. You have a purpose in your life, and if you haven’t figured it out yet, it’s because it’s not your time yet.
If you keep focusing on your bad qualities, you will create more negative perceptions about yourself and that’s exactly what you want to avoid.
If you beat yourself up for being imperfect you can do one of three things, or all!
1. Find out why you are thinking so negatively about yourself. Is it your home life, social life, or maybe there are medical reasons to contribute these negative thoughts?
2. Change what you don’t like.
3. Accept what you don’t like.
Number 1 and 2 sort of go hand in hand. It’s important to figure out why you feed on negative thoughts so much. It could very well be anxiety that’s discouraging you from thinking positive or, unfortunately, it could be who you are surrounding yourself with that may require some changing.
Just remember…pobody’s nerfect. You have every right to feel any way you want. If you hate that you feel so crappy about yourself, find out why. Focus more on the bright side of things, it’s never too late to work on a better version of yourself.
